Who:  Real estate agents with sellers who want to market short sale listings to pre-qualified investors ready to buy real estate and first-time buyers looking to leverage their buying power. 

What: A bus tour starting at our pick-up area that will travel to 6 to 8 homes.

When:  Tours are every Saturday between 9 AM and 12 NOON.   

Where:  Every tour is geographic specific - all properties will be in the area of our pick-up area (buyers will only see properties in the area they are most interested in).  

Why:  Buyers will benefit from current market conditions, inventory, and currently available financing if they qualify.*
